wireshark: Infinite loop in the MMSE dissector

Description

In Wireshark 2.6.0 to 2.6.4 and 2.4.0 to 2.4.10, the MMSE dissector could go into an infinite loop. This was addressed in epan/dissectors/packet-mmse.c by preventing length overflows.

This issue affects the versions of wireshark as shipped with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5, 6, and 7. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 is now in Extended Life Phase of the support and maintenance life cycle. This issue is not currently planned to be addressed in future updates.
