Description
Integer overflow in the check_offset function in b/wrestool/fileread.c in icoutils before 0.31.1 allows local users to cause a denial of service (process crash) and execute arbitrary code via a crafted executable.

This issue did not affect the versions of icoutils as shipped with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 as they did not backport the vulnerable patches provided to fix a previous flaw (CVE-2017-5208).
