Description

Use-after-free vulnerability in net/unix/af_unix.c in the Linux kernel before 4.3.3 allows local users to bypass intended AF_UNIX socket permissions or cause a denial of service (panic) via crafted epoll_ctl calls.

This issue affects the Linux kernels as shipped with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 and may be addressed in a future update. This has been rated as having Moderate security impact and is not currently planned to be addressed in future updates.
