kernel: xen: Grant table version switch list corruption vulnerability

Description

Xen 4.x, when downgrading the grant table version, does not properly remove the status page from the tracking list when freeing the page, which allows local guest OS administrators to cause a denial of service (hypervisor crash) via unspecified vectors.

Red Hat statement

Not vulnerable. This issue did not affect the versions of the kernel-xen package as shipped with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5. This issue did not affect Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 and Red Hat Enterprise MRG as we did not have support for Xen hypervisor.
